PalmOS Development
We have over 8 years of experience developing for the PDA Market. Our efforts started with the
Apple Newton, but have since moved over to the PalmOS. Most of our commercially-oriented efforts have
been for our customers and their products. For fun, we created a few free applications to share with
developers. Hopefully you'll find them useful. The bulk of our development is in C and Handheld Basic++.
However, we have also developed custom applications for our clients using the Java 2 Micro
Edition (J2ME).
PalmGear was absorbed by PocketGear - as a result the applications that were hosted there are currently offline

DES Store
This was the first PalmOS Program we ever released. This allows you to
3DES-Encrypt sensitive data. The encryption is double-blind, meaning
that no one can get to your data.

ConvertCalc
Probably our most popular utility. Convert not only between metric
and US standards but between Hex, Decimal, Binary and Octal, too!

TipCalc
Ever been stuck trying to figure out how much of a tip to leave when
you're at a restaurant? With this program you won't have to worry
any more. Just enter the amount of your check, and the tip you want
to leave. You can even divide the check up between your friends!

NSBSyncName Shared Library
Now NSBasic/Palm Users can get and set the HotSync ID and HotSync
Name in their applications with this shared library.
This library has been tested against PalmOS 3.0 and later. And
has been tested and used with NSBasic/Palm 4.4.1. This library
now supports PalmOS 5.0!!!!
Download includes a complete function reference, and a sample
project for NSBasic/Palm. Freeware.

CurrencyCalc
Now you can have your most needed currency conversions at your
fingertips when you travel. Dave's CurrencyCalc is a currency
converstion tool that's quick and easy to use. Up to four different
currencies can be saved. Large buttons on the
screen make it easy to enter values. And your conversion is
calculated as you type!!! Freeware.
